This app is designed for people who want to track and improve their heart health. It provides a simple and intuitive interface for taking and analyzing heart rate measurements.
The app also includes a built-in function that can be used to calculate and provide information about the heart rate variability (HRV).
To ensure that the measurements are as accurate as possible, the app uses a specially designed finger pad that is applied to the camera lens and is in contact with the skin. The finger pad is placed on the camera lens and measures the blood flow in your finger.
To take a measurement, simply place your finger on the camera lens and make sure that the camera is facing your finger. If your HRV is high, then the balloon will go up.
